Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of https://jgs.salon (the "Site") and to appointments booked through it with JGS Salon, 9472 NE 2nd Ave, Miami Shores, FL 33138 ("JGS Salon", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in a way that could harm JGS Salon or other visitors.

2. Appointments and Online Booking

Online booking is provided through Phorest, our salon scheduling system, and is also subject to Phorest's own terms. An appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us or from Phorest. Please arrive on time; if you arrive late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.

A 25% fee is charged for no-show appointments and for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment time. To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation or call us at (786) 828‑7167.

3. Services, Consultations and Results

Please tell your stylist about any allergies, sensitivities, medications, recent chemical services or scalp conditions before your service. Some services, including certain color and chemical treatments, may require a consultation or patch test first. Results vary with hair type, condition and history, and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

4. Prices and Promotions

Prices shown on the Site are starting prices and may change after consultation based on hair length, density and the time required. Promotions are valid only during the dates shown and under the conditions stated with each offer. We may change prices and promotions at any time; the price confirmed at booking applies to that appointment.

5. Products

Retail products are sold separately through our online store at jgs.boutique, under that store's own terms, shipping and refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, graphics and logos, belongs to JGS Salon or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Brand names such as Rene Furterer and Great Lengths belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site links to and embeds services operated by others, such as Phorest booking, social media and our online store. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Content on the Site is for general information and is not medical or dermatological advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JGS Salon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
